At Carver Lights, every piece is carefully handmade to order in our Australian studio. We believe this slower, considered process is part of what makes each light unique.

Production & Shipping Time

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and dispatched.
As each piece is individually made by hand, production times can occasionally vary slightly depending on studio workload and firing schedules.

Handmade Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our work, subtle variations in shape, glaze, texture, and colour are to be expected. These variations are part of the character and individuality of each piece.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are handmade to order, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

We want you to love your piece, so if there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please get in touch and we will always do our best to help.

Lifetime Ceramic Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our ceramic work.
All ceramic components carry a lifetime guarantee against faults in workmanship or materials under normal use.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidental dropping, impact, misuse, or improper installation.

Please note that electrical components, globes, and fittings are not covered under the lifetime ceramic guarantee.
