This website is operated by Carver Lights. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Carver Lights.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any additional policies referenced on this site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Products

All Carver Lights products are handmade to order in Australia.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, slight variations in colour, glaze, texture, dimensions, and finish may occur between pieces. These variations are considered part of the unique character of handmade ceramics and are not considered faults.

We make every effort to accurately display product colours and finishes, however colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and photography.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

Production & Shipping

As each item is handmade to order, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

Carver Lights is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are individually handmade to order, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and details of the issue so we can assist.

Warranty

All ceramic components are covered by a lifetime guarantee against faults in workmanship or materials under normal use.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Dropping or impact damage
• Improper installation
• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or modification

Electrical components, globes, and fittings are not covered under the lifetime ceramic guarantee.

Installation

All lighting products must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian electrical standards and local regulations.

Carver Lights accepts no responsibility for damage, injury, or issues resulting from improper installation or modification of products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product designs, logos, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Carver Lights unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage or interfere with the operation of the site.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and may update, suspend, or remove content at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
