Marble Wall Sconce

The Marble Wall Sconce explores the natural beauty of material and process, bringing together three different types of clay to create a richly layered, marbled surface. As the clays are blended and formed, they produce flowing patterns that echo the depth and movement of natural stone—resulting in a finish that feels as though it has been carved from marble.

Each piece is individually handcrafted, with variations in tone, pattern and texture that make every light entirely unique. The surface reveals subtle shifts between light and dark, creating a sense of depth even when unlit.

The base plate has been thoughtfully designed to allow the light to be installed either way—casting light upward or downward depending on your preference and the needs of the space.

When illuminated, the Marble Wall Sconce emits a warm, ambient glow, enhancing the natural variation in the clay and softly animating the surrounding wall. By day, it reads as a sculptural object; by night, it becomes a quiet, atmospheric source of light.
